Three ways to reach the ranch.
A call is usually quickest. Email is fine for things that can wait a day or two.
Response times
The ranch runs out of Brandee's barn, which means the best times to reach her are early mornings and evenings. If you don't hear back within a day or two, try again — messages sometimes get buried in a busy season.
For a trail ride, the request form sends Brandee everything she needs to confirm in one email — usually faster than back-and-forth over the phone.
